Showcasing our most recent 3D renders with Tasland Developments – 18/5/2020
Globe Arts is happy to announce the completion of a set of façade renders for our client Tasland Developments. We have featured our favourite design based on its materials to showcase you our thoughts on what makes this design unique.
We believe that with the cool Tasmanian climate, it is best to see a more warming house. PGH Brick Smooth Pearl Grey was selected as the main brick material, along with a timber front entry door in daylight with a sun lighting setting to give a warm atmosphere to the render. We then combined this with a Monument Colourbond roof, gutter, fascia, and windows frame to give a bit of contrast in terms of colours.
Finally, we added low landscaping shrubs to populate the house with some greenery. However, we were mindful to not over-saturate the scene with colours in order to make the main house design stand out. The result came out just like how we planned: a warm toned house with a welcoming design in a breezy Tasmanian landscape.
Note: Close up images are bonuses we provide to all our clients when we believe there are features/styling that may be used for further marketing materials to showcase important designs.
